Assembly notes for Rev 2 board:

• Install screws and heatsink compound on big voltage regulators
• Install J9 to power USB outputs
• R8 - install 100 ohms.
• R1 - install 10k
• R7 - remove
• Jumper J10-1 to J1-4
• Jumper J10-3 to J1-1

PCB ECOs:

• Add connection from J10-1 to J1-4
• Add connection from J10-3 to J1-1
