Assembly notes for Rev 2 board:

* Install screws and heatsink compound on big voltage regulators
* Install J9 to power USB outputs
* R8 - install 100 ohms.
* R1 - install 10k
* R7 - remove
* Jumper J10-1 to J1-4
* Jumper J10-3 to J1-1

PCB ECOs:

* Add connection from J10-1 to J1-4
* Add connection from J10-3 to J1-1
