To do list for new CMS_VICE boards

• Update firmware: 4 bit serial no, 1 bit GPIO switch to 10.x.x.x address
• Write VFE simulator and FE simulator firmwares for testing VFE-FE passthrough.
• Make power cable 15 ft long 2x AWG 10 (fan out to 5 power connectors)
• Order SFPs, short fibers
• (IPBus firmware programming)

Done?

• Flash chips replaced
• Order switch (done, due Monday)
• Move power connector to the other side. (done)
• Check I2C jumpers (jumpered directly from FE to VFE)
